General Provisions:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1.1. These regulations define the rules for renting apartments offered by Kaleo Sp. z o.o.<\/p>\n 1.2. By using Kaleo’s services, the client accepts all the provisions contained in this regulation. <\/span><\/p>\n 1.3.<\/span> In this regulation, the following terms shall have the following meanings: a) Kaleo: Refers to Kaleo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin 71-500, at al. Wyzwolenia 46\/4B (NIP: 9552364354) (email: biuro@kaleo.com.pl), being the provider of apartment rental services. b) Client: Refers to an individual or legal entity making a reservation for an apartment offered by Kaleo. c) Apartment: Refers to a residential unit offered by Kaleo for short-term tourist or business rental. d) Rental Price: Refers to the amount determined by Kaleo that the client is obligated to pay for the use of a specific apartment for a specified period.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Reservations and Payments:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 2.1. Apartment reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person at Kaleo’s office. <\/span><\/p>\n 2.2. Confirmation of the reservation occurs upon receiving a deposit amount set by Kaleo. <\/span><\/p>\n 2.3. The remaining rental fee must be settled no later than on the day of arrival. <\/span><\/p>\n 2.4. We provide the client with the option to cancel the reservation up to 7 days before arrival, and in such case, we will refund the full cost. <\/span><\/p>\n 2.5. If the client decides to cancel the reservation after 7 days before the planned arrival, they will be obliged to pay a fee for 1 day of rental as a cancellation fee.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Fees:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 3.1. Rental prices for apartments are specified on the Kaleo website or in the price list available at Kaleo’s office. <\/span><\/p>\n 3.2. Parking fees are specified on the Kaleo website or in the price list available at Kaleo’s office.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Check-in and Check-out:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 4.1. The standard check-in time is from 15:00.<\/span> In case of arrival after 23:00, the client is obliged to inform Kaleo in advance. <\/span><\/p>\n 4.2. The standard check-out time is by 11:00. Extending the check-out time may be possible upon agreement with the company.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n No Smoking and Parties:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 5.1. All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the viewing terrace of the Hanza Tower building. <\/span><\/p>\n 5.2. Organizing parties and loud behavior that may disturb neighbors is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Client’s Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 6.1. The client undertakes to take care of the apartment and its equipment, maintain cleanliness and order, and respect the peace of the neighbors. <\/span><\/p>\n 6.2. In case of damage or destruction of apartment equipment, the client is financially responsible for repair or replacement.<\/span><\/p>\n 6.3. In case the pool chip is lost, a fee of 50 PLN will be charged.<\/p>\n 6.4. The Client is obliged to observe quiet hours in the building from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Pets and Additional Guests:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 7.1. Introducing pets into the apartment is prohibited unless other conditions have been agreed upon with the company beforehand. <\/span><\/p>\n 7.2. Introducing additional individuals into the apartment is possible after obtaining Kaleo’s consent and may be subject to additional fees.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Reporting Defects:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 8.1. The client is obliged to report any defects and issues related to the apartment without delay. <\/span><\/p>\n 8.2. Repairs will be undertaken as soon as possible to ensure the client’s comfort. <\/span><\/p>\n 8.3. On the day of arrival, the client is obliged to inform Kaleo about any equipment damage if such damage exists.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Complaints:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 9.1. In case of any objections or complaints regarding the apartment, the client should contact the company immediately to resolve the issue.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Kaleo’s Liability:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 10.1. Kaleo is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the client’s personal belongings in the apartment.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Final Provisions: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 11.1. Any disputes arising from the execution of this regulation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court competent for Kaleo’s registered office. <\/span><\/p>\n 11.2.
